MBBS  students  visited the Hometown of Confucious,  the World Cultural Heritage in Qufu, Shandong Province, in October 2023.

Students came to the hometown of Confucius and experienced the environment in which the saints lived and grew up. They admired with great interest the Confucian Temple, Confucius Forest and other distinctive classical buildings, listened to the tour guide explain the origin and allusions of the various archways of the Confucian Temple, stopped to take pictures, and watched the craftsmen and calligraphers make on-site displays. The wisdom and charm of Confucian culture left a deep impression on the international students and stimulated their interest in in-depth study of the excellent traditional Chinese culture. AHMED ALI HAMID FARHAN, an international student from Yemen, said that China has done a good job in preserving ancient buildings and culture, and he learned about Confucius's culture and ideas under the professional introduction of the tour guide.

The international students expressed their interests and appreciation the wisdom by Confucius thousands of years ago and will work hard with the inspiration from Confucious.
