On December 11,MBBS international students gathered in the student cafeteria and, under the guidance of the chef, made the traditional Chinese delicacy dumplings.
Students were enthusiastically learning how to fill and fold the dumplings. Based on the pre-event questionnaire survey, two classic fillings were prepared this time: cabbage and beef, and carrot and egg. The international students collaborated and exchanged ideas while trying, creating dumplings of various shapes. The site was filled with laughter and joy.
"Making them by hand brings me closer to Chinese culture. I'm going to make for my family back home," said one of the students. When the steaming hot dumplings were served, everyone savoured their own handiwork and felt interesting.
