The Administration Measure of Electric Bicycle in Shandong Province will take effect on May 1, 2022. According to the regulation, these actions will be taken pictures by intelligent traffic cameras and be penalized accordingly. The illegal actions are as below.

E-bicycle driver did not wear a helmet, browse electric equipment during driving, make handheld way call, no number plate on the E-bike, run a red light, backward driving and some other illegal actions will be fined accordingly.

《山东省电动自行车管理办法》将于 2022 年 5 月 1 日起施行，根据该规定，济南交警智能交通摄像机将电动自行车骑行人的不佩戴头盔、浏览电子设备、手持方式拨打电话、未悬挂号牌、闯红灯、逆向行驶等违法行为进行抓拍并处罚。
