关于严禁留学生非法打工的重要通知
According to the relevant provisions of Article 43 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Exit and Entry, any foreigner who has 1 of the following acts shall be illegally employed:
(1) Failure to obtain a work permit and work-type residence documents to work in China in accordance with the provisions;
(2) Working in China beyond the limits of the work permit;
(3) Foreign students who, in violation of the regulations on the management of work-study assistance, work within the scope or time limit of the prescribed posts within the territory of China.
If illegal work is found, a fine of between 5,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan shall be imposed on foreigners for illegal employment in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 80 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Exit and Entry;
Please take care not to engage in illegal work and trading in any unit outside the school. In addition, in accordance with Article 17 of the Regulations of Punishment Rules for International Students Violating the Disciplines of Shandong University, Students who violate Chinese laws and regulations and receive administrative punishments shall be given punishment of, or above, recording a demerit; who constitute a criminal offense and be investigated for criminal responsibility shall be given an academic dismissal.
Immigration authorities and university will never harbor or condone students who worked illegally. All international students are requested not to participate in illegal work or other commercial and non-commercial employment activities.
根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第四十三条的有关规定，外国人有下列行为之一的，属于非法就业：
（一）未按照规定取得工作许可和工作类居留证件在中国境内工作的；
（二）超出工作许可限定范围在中国境内工作的；
（三）外国留学生违反勤工助学管理规定，超出规定的岗位范围或者时限在中国境内工作的。
一旦发现有非法打工，将根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第八十条的有关规定，对外国人非法就业的，处五千元以上二万元以下罚款；情节严重的，处五日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五千元以上二万元以下罚款。
请留学生注意不要在校外任何单位参与非法打工和交易。此外，根据《山东大学国际学生违纪处分补充规定》第十七条，触犯国家法律法规，受到行政处罚的，视其情节，给予记过以上处分；构成刑事犯罪，被依法追究刑事责任的，可以给予开除学籍处分。
出入境管理部门和学校绝不会包庇和纵容非法打工的留学生。请全体留学生一定不要参与非法打工或其他商业性及非商业性就业活动。
